KSKJ College and High School Scholarship and Financial Aid Award

SCHOLARSHIPS AWARDED (based on applications)

  • 20 Four Year College/University Scholarships ($375.00 per year for 4 years - total $1,500.00)
  • 10 Four Year High School Scholarship Awards (375.00 per year for 4 years - total $1,500.00)
  • 15 Financial Aid Awards (College and High School included) 375.00 per year 

ADDITIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE BASED ON APPLICATIONS:

  • Krajec Memorial Scholarship

Given to an applicant who is in pre-med or dental program, nursing, therapy, pharmacy or any other program in the medical field. This does not include Veterinary School. This award is for $500.00 in addition to the KSKJ Life Scholarship.

  • Fr. David Stalzer Award

Given to an applicant who does not receive a College/University Scholarship, and meets all requirements and is based on VOLUNTEERISM in the community. This award is a one time stipend of $500.00.

  • Religious Scholarship

Student members entering a school to become a priest, nun or deacon may apply for a 4 year $1500.00 scholarship ($375.00 per year) either for high school or college. If student is presently in school, you may apply for financial aid up to 3 years.

2013 SERVICE HOURS/STATEMENT OF ACCEPTANCE

Each new and previous Scholarship Award or Financial Aid Winner must complete the Statement of Acceptance Form available each year for payment. Previous year's recipients must complete a minimum of five (5) hours of community or KSKJ Life service to receive award payment for current year. Failure to complete the form, may result in forfeiture of scholarship or financial aid for the current year. Failure to meet the requirements of the scholarship or financial aid outline also may void the recipient's scholarship or financial aid for the current year.
