Matching Funds Saturday, October 8, 2022 from 11am to 5pm: The ‘Spooktacular’ Jack-O-Lantern Derby at the Croatian Cultural Club raising funds for Wish Upon A Star an organization dedicated to granting wishes to children with life- threatening illnesses. Festivities start at 11am and the race at 2pm. Come out early to vote for your favorite pumpkin before race time. Awards will be given out. There will be food & beverages for purchase along with raffles & other surprises for family members of all ages! Net proceeds from this event (up to $1,000) will be matched.

What is the ‘Spooktacular’ Jack-O-Lantern Derby? Pumpkin racers are released down the Remin Kart-a-Bag race track for head-to-head competition to cross the finish line first! Each Pumpkin Racer is built with a real pumpkin, 4 wheels and is creatively decorated!
